In the unique float environment, your body is allowed an escape from all external pressures as you float in high-density salt water, heated to skin temperature (approx 94°F), void of sights and sounds of the outside world.

With the effects of stresses, gravity and sensory overload lessened, the body is able to more efficiently allocate its resources toward mental and physical maintenance and healing. Blood flow improves immensely. You’ll release tension stored in your muscles. Your mind becomes clear and can rest like never before, as new perspectives unfold and endorphins flood through you. Emerge with a euphoric afterglow that can last for days.

SCHEDULE

Floating is available every day from 9am-9pm except on Mondays, to make it easy for you to fit into your busy schedule. Reservations are required. Float sessions are 60-minutes; however, we will let you float longer for free if no one is booked after you.

Float therapy is a powerful tool for wellness, relaxation, pain relief and better sleep. As with any therapy, with regular use its benefits are enhanced. Stress, tension and pain have formed over time and will take some time to experience the greatest relief—luckily, floating is a relaxing, fun,and effortless way to do so!

Float therapy offers relief and benefits which are cumulative—they build on themselves with each subsequent session. We like to say “the more you float, the better it gets”, as floats themselves deepen beyond the first session. Though flotation is an “effortless” therapy, the body and mind actually learn how to relax into the float with each session.

For these reasons, we encourage guests to return to floating more than once, and to receive sessions on a regular basis to maintain their benefits.
