Kombucha is a probiotic drink (fermented tea) that is surprisingly easy to make and great for gut health! Come learn step-by-step how to brew your own at home! You’ll gain knowledge about the beneficial bacteria, yeasts and acids found in kombucha, as well as tips regarding the best teas, sugars and techniques and where to source the best ingredients. As an added bonus, you’ll get to taste a few Kombucha flavors and leave with instructions to get brewing on your own!
A local family specializing in hand-crafted, organic micro-brewed kombucha will be there to show you every step of the process and answer all your questions!
