A note from Levi & Gina

We built this from scratch — and we're still here every day.

Lost in Float is not a big corporation. We're not backed by some distant investor or owned by people who've never stepped foot in here.

This place is Levi and Gina's — in addition to our amazing team. We're the ones cleaning the rooms, folding the towels, fixing the random things that break, and answering your texts and calls while simultaneously juggling our own family.

When you walk through the door, you'll see our actual faces. We'll remember your name, ask how you're doing, and mean it.

This place is everything to us. It's the quiet happy-dance in the back room when the schedule fills up. It's the permanent smiles every time someone tells us they leveled up, finally slept through the night, or that their back doesn't hurt for the first time in years. Those messages? They're why we keep going.

We know how heavy life can feel — work, kids, stress, the aches that follow you everywhere. That's exactly why we built this: so rest, optimization, and healing don't have to be fancy or out of reach. They can just be... here. Simple. Real.

How this all started

We're just trying to be the best versions of ourselves.

Honestly? We're just two people who got obsessed with taking care of ourselves — finding the best ways to recover, optimize, and actually feel good long-term. Back in 2017, the things we wanted just didn't exist in Lincoln.

We started with floating and cryotherapy. That was it. Two things we believed in, backed by real research, that we used ourselves. And slowly — intentionally — we've added from there.

Every service we've added since has come from the same place: real research, real results, and listening closely to what this community keeps asking for. We don't add things because they're trendy — we add them when we're confident they actually work. And when we do add something, we invest in top-of-the-line equipment, because the research only holds up when the gear behind it does too.

That's still the whole thing. We want to feel good, be around for the long haul, and fully enjoy every single moment with our kids — the chaos, the adventures, all of it. We want that for you too. And we genuinely believe this stuff helps get us all there.

Like, really clean. We use these services ourselves — we float, we use the sauna, we get in the cold plunge. We wouldn't have it any other way, so we don't.

The sauna is hot. The cold plunge is cold. The red light beds are clinic-grade. We obsess over this because we know the research, and we know it only works when it's done right.
