Refund Policy

We're a small family business, and we want you happy with every purchase. This policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through the Lost in Float online store — and the short version is: if something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.

Digital downloads

Because digital products (like our printable trackers and guides) are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all digital download sales are final.

That said, if something goes wrong, we'll take care of you. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if:

• Your download link doesn't work or has expired
• Your file won't open or displays incorrectly
• You purchased something by mistake (for example, a duplicate order)

We'll respond with a fresh download link, technical help, or a refund where something genuinely went wrong. Email Desk@lostinfloat.com or text us at 531.289.7739.

Lost in Float members: our digital trackers and guides are included in your membership perks — if you purchased one by accident, let us know and we'll refund it.

Merchandise

Our apparel and merchandise are printed on demand just for you, so we can't accept returns for sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll replace it at no cost.

Sessions, memberships & gift cards

Bookings, memberships, service credits, and gift cards are handled through our booking system rather than this store. For questions about any of those, contact us directly at Desk@lostinfloat.com or 531.289.7739 and we'll take care of you.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

If anything about your purchase isn't right, please reach out before disputing a charge with your bank — we respond quickly, a real person answers, and we'll almost always resolve it faster than a dispute will.
