Digital products

Digital downloads are delivered by email immediately after purchase. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the product for your own personal use.

Please don't redistribute, resell, or share the files — they're the work of a small business, and every copy shared is one we made for you specifically. Lost in Float retains all copyright in its digital products.

Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Refunds

Our full refund policy is available at lostinfloat.com/refund-policy. In short: digital sales are final due to instant delivery, but if anything goes wrong with your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Our digital products and website content are informational and educational. They are not medical advice, and they're not a substitute for guidance from your healthcare provider. Services and bookings

In-studio sessions, memberships, and gift cards are governed by the policies presented in our booking system at the time of booking, not by these store terms.
