Be a Tiered Member
After hours is for Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum members. Only tiered members will see the after hours booking option — if you don't see it, you don't have one of these memberships.

Complete an Orientation
You need to have used the service during business hours before you can book it after hours.
Booking after hours Tonal? You'll need a completed Tonal demo. Booking after hours sauna? You'll need a previous sauna session during business hours.
Sign the New Waiver
A revised sauna waiver — which includes after hours access information — rolled out September 19, 2026. If you haven't signed it, reach out and we'll send you the link before you book.
Only booking Tonal after hours? No new waiver is needed if you've already completed your Tonal waiver.

Our system checks eligibility automatically, so you get your PIN without waiting on us.

Book your session
Choose an after hours sauna or Tonal time in the booking system, anywhere from 4am to midnight.

We verify eligibility
The moment you book, our system confirms you've completed a prior session of that service and have a waiver on file.

Your PIN arrives by email
Emails take about 5 minutes to reach your inbox, so book accordingly. If something's missing, you'll get an email asking you to contact us during business hours instead.

Enter your PIN and walk in
Use the front or back door. Your PIN works starting 5 minutes before your appointment and stays active until your appointment ends.
Your earliest appointment's PIN gets you in the door and covers both, as long as you don't leave between sessions. If you step out after your first appointment ends, use your second PIN — the first will have expired.
Video surveillance is in effect at all times. It keeps the space safe for everyone who uses it.
After Hours House Rules
These keep after hours open, safe, and available for everyone.
No Tailgating
Every person enters with their own PIN, every time — even with a friend or family member. No exceptions.
No PIN Entered = No-Show
If you don't enter your PIN, the appointment counts as a no-show. With back-to-back sauna + Tonal, one PIN covers both as long as you don't exit between them.
Book Only for Yourself
No booking on behalf of others. Everyone books their own appointment and gets their own PIN.
Late Arrivals
Your session ends at its scheduled time, no matter when you arrive.
Wipe Down & Reset
Wipes are provided to wipe down any equipment you used — sanitize all Tonal accessories and return everything to its place. If you can, leave the room better than you found it.
Clean Up After Yourself
There's no staff after hours. A bucket and mop are available for the floors (in the Tonal room or locker room as needed) — use them before or after your session, and leave the rooms ready for the next person.
Don't Lose Your PIN
If you step outside without your phone and don't remember your PIN, you'll be locked out.
Lock Up
Make sure the door latches behind you. Never prop it open.
Members Only
Only eligible tiered members may be on the premises after hours.
Always on Camera
Video surveillance is in effect at all times.
Running the Sauna Solo
If nobody's there when you arrive, here's all you need to know.
Use the Wall Controller
The power button is on the bottom left of the controller. Please don't press any other buttons to adjust time or temperature.
Check the Timer
The timer shows how much time is left. Jump in with the remaining time, or power off and back on to reset it.
Refill the Bucket
Use the water refill station and hold the bucket up to it, just like you would a water bottle.

What are the after hours times?

Who can book after hours?
Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum members who have completed an orientation session for that service during business hours and have a current waiver on file. Only eligible tiered members may be on the premises after hours.
What services are available after hours?
Sauna (coed and women's) and Tonal, along with the locker rooms.
How do I get into the building?
When you book, our system verifies your eligibility and emails you a unique PIN within about 5 minutes. You can enter through either the front or the back door. Your PIN works starting 5 minutes before your appointment and stays active until it ends.
Can I bring a friend?
Only if they're an eligible tiered member with their own booking. Everyone books their own appointment, receives their own PIN, and enters with it every time — no tailgating.
Do I need to sign a new waiver?
For sauna, yes — if you haven't signed the revised waiver released September 19, 2026, contact us and we'll send you a link. If you're only booking Tonal after hours, no new waiver is needed as long as you've already completed your Tonal waiver.
How long will it take for the sauna to get to temp?
It depends on when the last person left. If the sauna has fully cooled down, it only takes about 10–15 minutes to heat up.
What if I don't enter my PIN?
If no PIN is entered, the appointment counts as a no-show. If you have back-to-back sauna and Tonal bookings, your first PIN covers both as long as you don't exit between appointments.
